The Spartacus Workout

The low down

This workout was designed to get actors in top shape for the TV Series “Spartacus Blood and Sand.” Actors were to perform the workout in the  following manner;

*10 vigorous compound exercises

*Perform each exercise for 1 minute

*15 seconds rest from one exercise to the next

*Once all 10 Exericises are completed rest for 1 minute

*Repeat the cycle 3 times!

*Do your best to battle through the exercise for a minute!

The 10 Exercises

#1 Goblet Squat

#2 Mountain Climber

#3 Single Arm Dumbell Swing

#4  T-Push-up

#5 Split Jumps

#6 Dumbbell Row

#7 Dumbbell Side Lunge and Touch

#8 Push-up Position Row

#9 Dumbbell Lunge and Rotation

#10 Dumbbell Push-Press

Weekly Routine To Get Ripped and Shredded
Day 1: Cardio & Abs
Day2: Spartacus Workout
Day 3:  Interval Training & Abs
Day 4:  Rest
Day 5:  Spartacus Workout
Day 6:  Swimming & Abs
Day 7:  Rest

Weekly Routine for More Muscle Mass and Size
Day 1:  Upperbody Weightlifting
Day 2: Lowerbody Weightlifting
Day 3:  Rest
Day 4: Spartacus Workout
Day 5: Rest
Day 6: Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
Day 7: Back/Legs/Biceps
